Hello! Welcome to the Anderson Trial Group. I established this law firm in 2020, after sixteen years of practicing law with number of different law firms in Florida, including the biggest personal injury law firm in the country. Since I began practicing law, I have primarily focused on representing people who have been injured because of the negligence or wrongful actions of another person or company. I’m a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. My firm mainly handles bodily injury and wrongful death claims arising from motor vehicle crashes and slip and fall accidents. We also handle worker’s compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims, and other claims involving injury and death. Nonetheless, when a client or prospective client of mine needs legal services that are outside of my area of practice, I always help them find a competent attorney to help them. You’ll never hear, “No, I don’t do that” from me. I’ll always try to help you, even if it’s just pointing you in the right direction or putting you in touch with another lawyer who can assist you.
My primary goal in starting my own law firm was my desire to give people something they have never seen before: compassionate, highly-personal, and extremely aggressive legal representation. I became an attorney because I wanted to be an advocate for regular, everyday working people who had been harmed by another person or company, and who were unfamiliar with and intimidated by our sometimes complex legal system. Nothing gives me more pleasure than standing up for those who need help standing up for themselves. This virtue is at the very heart of our justice system, and it is the core value driving the mission of my legal practice.
Just a little about myself. I was born in Huntington Beach, California, and I’ve spent the majority of my life living in Florida. I attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. While at Rollins College, I participated in a study abroad program in Vietnam—which turned out to be a truly life altering experience. After finishing college I returned to Vietnam and backpacked throughout the country. After returning from my travels abroad, I enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law, where I obtained my Juris Doctor with honors in 2003. I received my Florida Bar License later that year, and began practicing law soon after.
